The future of accounting isn't something that happens to the profession - it's something the profession builds. And right now, a new, global generation of leaders is doing exactly that.
Every day, emerging professionals across audit, accounting and assurance are embracing new technology, raising the bar on quality and integrity and leading with a confidence that belies their years. They're not waiting for change - they're driving it. The Caseware 30 Under 30 Awards exist to find them, celebrate them and give them the platform they deserve.

In our first year, we're proud to launch an awards program that puts the next generation of accounting talent firmly in the spotlight. Thirty exceptional professionals. One powerful moment of recognition. And a signal to the wider profession that the future is already here.
Our first group of honourees received live recognition at CwX North America 2026 in Fort Lauderdale - one of the profession's most anticipated events of the year - along with visibility across the global audit and accounting community. We look forward to offering all our honorees a reward package across pillars of

We are also excited to offer our CwX North America regional winner, Connor Crow, dedicated personal mentoring timewith Barry Melancon, former President & CEO of the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA) and CEO of the Association of International Certified Professional Accountants. For decades, Barry has shaped the accounting profession at the highest levels; his insight, experience and network are without parallel. The Caseware 30 Under 30 Awards is officially global! As promised, we are extending the program to recognise exceptional emerging talent across the worldwide accounting community. Because great work doesn't have borders, and neither should the recognition that comes with it.
Who are we looking for?
We're looking for the professionals who go beyond the brief. The ones who bring fresh thinking to complex problems, who mentor those around them, who champion technology without losing sight of what great work really looks like. In short, the people who are quietly, and not so quietly, shaping what accounting looks like tomorrow.
Do you qualify?
The criteria are simple. If you work in audit or accounting and you're under 30, you're eligible - whether you're nominating a colleague who inspires you or putting yourself forward. Either way, we want to hear from you.
For our global programming in 2026, please be advised that nominees must reside in either a country with a Caseware location or a country where Caseware has active distributors to be eligible for the 30 under 30 Award program.
